This is where it all begins at my office in Bellevue, Washington. I am a practicing hypnotist specializing in sports and business performance.
I regularly meet people who tell me that they are also a “certified hypnotist.” The sad fact is that for every hgypnotist actually practicing and working with people for serious issues, there are about 500 that have never worked with anyone. |

Among practicing hypnotists, there are very few that know how to help athletes and even fewer that know anything about golf.
The internet is filled with “mental trainers” , “NLP masters”, and “hypnotists” selling products, and they may have little or no real experience. I want to assure you that you are receiving cutting edge mental tactics proven in a professional clinical office. |
On my Sports Hypnosis website, I have a page of Frequently Asked Questions. Click Here to read them.
Very Important: For maximum results, watch
this video below, before doing anything else,
-
Everyone can do hypnosis and already has throughout their life. It is a natural normal process.
-
You are in control and can adjust your body at any time to be comfortable
-
You can reject or change anything I say so that it works for you
-
Hypnosis is: Communicating to the unconscious mind. Holding that intention and following instructions always works for my clients. Belief helps.
-
Hypnosis is not relaxation or a certain kind of feeling. Have no expectations about how you should or shouldn’t experience this. It’s different for everyone.
-
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. Only YOU can allow the process to work..or not. The hypnotist has no “mind control” over you.
-
You want to hear everything but it’s ok if your mind wanders at times, just bring your attention back.
-
The therapy is more effective if you stay awake but it’s ok to fall asleep to the recordings.
