Overcoming Golf Fear – Training

January 10, 2010 by admin

Overactive fear is probably golfer’s biggest enemy. When I first read this, I thought to myself: “I don’t have any fears out there on the golf course. I get tense and nervous at times but not fearful.”  Well guess where that tension and nerves comes from? Generally speaking, it’s fear of failing or missing the putt or shot. Fear of choking and that CAUSES the tension or nervousness.  In this training, I’m going to give you SOLUTIONS to the CAUSES of the fear. In my office, I have had great success in working with golfers and other athletes using these tools you are now getting.  USE THEM!

The video is 42 min. long. You might want to take notes. At the bottom of the video is a little TV icon. If you click that, you will get this video full screen.

At the end of the video training, I mentioned a concept about starting at the end and working your way backwards. I found a person, Pam Bowen, who can really give you some perspective on this to eliminate fear. After watching the video, listen to this interview below the video. It could be life-changing for you.
