The path to mental toughness goes through the forest of your emotions

Mental toughness…what is it? Tiger Woods has been called the most mentally tough athlete on the planet. I don’t think there’s anyone who can dispute that since he has demonstrated it time and time again in one of the most mind-bending sports our species has created!

It’s the ability to bounce back from adversity. It’s being able to block out distractions and negativity that is all around you. It’s the ability to stay focused no matter the weather, what your playing partners are doing, or what’s going on in your life.

Cutting to the chase here, it all comes down to emotions. I’ve known for a long time that solving the human puzzle of emotions and feelings was the holy grail of golf performance. You may not be convinced of it yet but you will be once you understand the principles I’m teaching you here, practice them off the course and then bring them to the course in your entire body… and not just your head.[Content protected for Gold, Gold Yearly, Gold 7 members only] Gold|Gold Yearly|Gold 7]
