Stage 3 builds on what you did during parts one and two, so if you haven’t thoroughly gone through those audio sessions, you’ll want to do them first with full INTENTION. If you have, by now, you should at least be feeling more hopeful about not doing the yips anymore. It’s ok now to start building up a great feeling that you can be in control of your bodily responses. After all, your unconscious mind IS YOU, and nobody else. Think about how this works for a moment, and you’ll understand why this system is getting results for people who use it…
What if your golf game was teaching you powerful things about you and enjoyable at the same time? What if every session helped you to focus on the most important things in your game and life? Wouldn’t you then be retraining your mind with good habits and helping you to be mentally tough, avoiding pitfalls. What then?
